Hello there, my name is Markus!

With a love for fantasy, I use my art to bring stories to life. As an aspiring Film & Motion designer, my goal is to transform narratives into audiovisual experiences that allow viewers to truly delve into their worlds and become emotionally hooked. To learn the skills necessary to do so, I've studied Film & Motion Design at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences in Hamburg and successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Arts.

Manga and Anime are a great inspiration to me and majorly influence my style as well as my artistic goals. A few of my favorite works include "Dragon Ball", "Black Clover" and "Mairimashita! Iruma-Kun!".

On a technical level, I prefer to work digitally and focus on editing and 2D Animation. My Tools of choice here are mainly DaVinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects. I often utilize self-made Illustrations and Designs in my projects to accentuate my artistic style, as can be seen in my most recent project: "Animated Motion vs. Implied Motion".
